Do It Yourself
Special Concrete ready mix for crafting and molding.
Just add 4 oz water for every 1 lbs ready mix.
For 3 lbs ready mix add 12 oz
For 15 lbs ready mix add 60 oz
Use your imagination to find ordinary object around you and use them as molds for your art crafts.
Use safety glass and wear a mask and gloves while mixing the material with water.
Keep in mind that all fine cement and sand material are toxic to breath. Safety sheet included.
Individual protection measures:
Eye protection:
Use close fitting safety goggles, don't use eye lenses.
Protection for skin:
Use clothing that provides comprehensive protection to the skin, e.g. cotton, rubber, PVC or viton.
Protection for hands:
Use protective gloves that provide comprehensive protection, e.g. P.V.C., neoprene or rubber.
Respiratory protection:
Use adequate protective respiratory equipment.
FIRST AID MEASURES
Description of first aid measures
In case of skin contact: Immediately take off all contaminated clothing. OBTAIN IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION. Obtain medical attention if skin related symptoms persist. Remove contaminated clothing immediately and dispose of safely. After contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and plenty of water.
In case of eyes contact: After contact with the eyes, rinse with water with the eyelids open for a sufficient length of time, then consult an ophthalmologist immediately. Protect the uninjured eye.
In case of Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting, get medical attention showing the SDS and the hazard label. In case of Inhalation: If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration.
In case of inhalation, consult a doctor immediately and show him packing or label. General Mixing.
1- Into a clean mixing container, add 16 to 17 US fluid ounces of cool, clean, potable water. If the water is not cool chill it to 70 F (21 C)
2- Add 5 lbs. (2.26 kg) of concrete premixed while slowly mixing with an “egg-beater” mixer. Once all powder has been added to the water mix it at high speed for 2 minutes.
3- Note: do not over water material.
4- The concrete mix has a flow time of 10 minutes at 73 f (23 C)
